Booking & Payment


• To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required.
• The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of the shoot, before the session begins.
• The advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation or rescheduling made less than 72 hours before your booked time.

Studio Usage


• Booking time includes setup and packing. Please plan accordingly to make full use of your session.
• Any overtime will be charged per hour.
• Delays from your side will shorten your studio time — extensions are not guaranteed.
• Please treat all equipment, furniture, and decorations with care and return everything to its place after use.

Cleanliness & Maintenance


• The studio must be left in a clean and tidy condition after the shoot.
• A cleaning fee of 100 AED will be charged if the studio is left in an untidy state.
• In case of any damage to decorations, furniture, or equipment, a damage fee will apply according to the repair or maintenance cost.

External Teams


• You are welcome to bring your own photographer, model, stylist, or makeup artist.
• All external collaborators must follow studio guidelines and respect the booked time.

General Terms


• The studio is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
• By confirming your booking, you agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
• The First Studio reserves the right to share approved behind-the-scenes or tagged content from your session (with your consent).
